On-Line Claim Reporting via Travelers

Report your claim online through the Travelers website. Log on to www.travelers.com, go to Claim Center, and click on Report a Claim. Follow the instructions to provide the necessary information and receive a claim number immediately.

  1. On-Line Claim Reporting via Travelers.com

  2. 1. Logon to “www.travelers.com” 2. Hover over “Claim Center” 3. Click on “Report a Claim”

  3. 4. Under the “For Business” Section, Click on the “Begin now” option to the right of “Report your claim online”

  4. Note: If you have a Pop-up Blocker activated, you will need to turn it off At any time, if you have an issue using the system…here are the instructions to follow….. Click on “Continue”

  5. Click on the down arrow for list of options

  6. If you chose Workers Compensation this screen will appear

  7. Once you’ve completed all information on initial screen click “Continue” Enter your eight digit policy number here and click “Continue” (See Example highlighted in RED for Policy Number format required) These are the 8 digits you need Policy Examples: Auto: GJ-810-111A1111-TIL-10 General Liability: GJ-660-111A1111-TIL-10 Property: GJ-630-111A1111-TIL-10 Workers’ Compensation: GC2K-UB-111A1111-10

  8. The next screens which appear ask you claim specific questions. • Enter as much factual claim information as you can. • You will receive a claim number immediately upon submitting the loss. • The claim will be electronically transmitted to the appropriate claim office.
