  5. Allen takes Ticonderoga • May 1775 • Ethan Allen sends a spy to the fort pretending to look for a barber, he was actually looking for weaknesses in the fort • They marched on the fort and scared away the guard. • Took the fort without a shot fired

  6. Ethan Allen takes Fort Ticonderoga “In the name of the Great Jehovah and the Continental Congress!”
