Concept of Innovation City Lab • Brainstorming and finding a common position on Local Innovation Ecosystems • Finding a common position on sustainable innovation ecosystems • Capacity-building and Knowledge sharing on best-practices and EU Programs on Innovation • Positioning ourselves towards the forthcoming EU Parliament and EU Commission • Advocacy, Lobbying and communication both at EU and National level

Methodology of Innovation City Lab (2.30 hrs) • Five thematic working tables to brainstorm and come up with max 5 recommendations • A presentation of main issues and points to guide the presentation, based on inputs of this survey, by expert in the field • Solution-oriented approach • Open discussion to harmonize 25 recommendations in 10 practical recommendations

Preparatory Survey: Structure and key informations • Answers to the survey will serve as the starting point of the discussion • A few background papers focusing on each of the stakeholder groups, to help inform you and narrow down the conversation to a few specific points • Choose your preferred focus area and answer to the related questions, spend max 30 mins • Mix of Open and Closed Questions/ all optional • Questions intended to trigger thinking rather than extensive answer • Deadline 21 March
