RLC MANPOWER FIGURES • Pte - Overmanned by 21 (24%) • LCpl – Overmanned by 4 (7%)
LIABILITY FOR PTE/LCPL • Beneficial to increase liability: • Supervisory capacity • Promotes an element of competition • Less time away from home • Compensate for the increase in soldiers signing off
