LIBRARY CARDS • The MTC Library issues the MTC ID Card • Proof of enrollment is required for a MTC ID to be issued • The first MTC ID is FREE • The MTC ID Number (Prefix 9000 is your Library Card Number) • MTC ID Replacements are $5.00
