2. History • Founded in 1980 • Played on four fields in South Surra from 1984-2010. Currently playing on four fields in the Hunting and Equestrian Club. • Player ages from 5 to 17 years old, from more than 25 nationalities and attending many schools in Kuwait. • Recent seasons have had as many as 350 players and 27 teams!! • One of the few sports activities in which the entire family can get involved. • Our program is governed by the Little League International of Pennsylvania in the United States.  www.q8ll.org

3. Mission Statement • At Kuwait Little League (KLL) our goal  is to provide the best possible experience to the children involved in our program. All adults involved with KLL are volunteers. All fees and sponsorship money goes to the maintenance and improvement of the fields and equipment for the players. • We strive to provide international tournament experience to enrich the experience for our players and encourage future possibilities in the sport. KLL participates in as many as 6 international tournaments annually. www.q8ll.org

4. KLL Challenger Division • New “Challenger” Division was established in 2010. The Challenger Division is a separate division of Little League to enable boys and girls with physical and/or developmental challenges, ages 6 - 12, to participate in an athletic environment structured to their abilities.
