What are you doing and what is there to do? • How do you actually spend your time? Do an inventory. • Activity every 15 minutes • Energy every 15 minutes • What do you HAVE TO do? • What do you NOT HAVE TO do?
Time ManagementMaking up a realistic schedule • First, put in things that cannot change • Classes • Work • Specific obligations • Put in time to sleep, including naps, if needed • Put in time to do homework and other stuff • Be sure there’s time to play • Stick to your schedule, but adjust it as needed
