1. 第二讲Message 2得胜的口舌-爱心说话Victorious Tongue – To speak the truth in love 雅(Jam)1:26，3:2；弗(Eph)4:15；箴(Pro)16:21-24 RCCC退修会

2. 雅1:26 若有人自以为虔诚，却不勒住他的舌头，反欺哄自己的心，这人的虔诚是虚的。If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not keep a tight rein on his tongue, he deceives himself and his religion is worthless.(Jam 1:26) 雅3:2 原来我们在许多事上都有过失。若有人在话语上没有过失，他就是完全人，也能勒住自己的全身。We all stumble in many ways. If anyone is never at fault in what he says, he is a perfect man, able to keep his whole body in check.(Jam 3:2) 弗4:15 惟用爱心说诚实话，凡事长进，连于元首基督。Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ.(Eph 4:15)

3. 箴16:21-24 心中有智慧，必称为通达人；嘴中的甜言，加增人的学问。 人有智慧就有生命的泉源；愚昧人必被愚昧惩治。 智慧人的心教训他的口，又使他的嘴增长学问。 良言如同蜂房，使心觉甘甜，使骨得医治。 The wise in heart are called discerning, and pleasant words promote instruction. Understanding is a fountain of life to those who have it, but folly brings punishment to fools. A wise man's heart guides his mouth, and his lips promote instruction. Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.(Pro 16:21~24)

4. （一）得胜生命的关键：口舌的得胜 Key of victorious life: Victorious tongue 罗10:8“这道离你不远，正在你口里，在你心里。”就是我们所传信主的道。But what does it say? "The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart," that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming; (Rom 10:8) 1）最好操练的机会 best opportunity to practice 2）勒住全身（雅3:2） keep whole body in check (Jam 3:2) 3）凡事长进（弗4:15） grow up in all things (Eph 4:15)

5. 4）生死在舌头的权下 The tongue has the power of life and death: 箴18:20-21人口中所结的果子，必充满肚腹；他嘴所出的，必使他饱足。 生死在舌头的权下，喜爱它的，必吃它所结的果子。 From the fruit of his mouth a man's stomach is filled; with the harvest from his lips he is satisfied. The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.(Pro 18:20~21) 箴18:7 愚昧人的口，自取败坏；他的嘴，是他生命的网罗。NIV: A fool's mouth is his undoing, and his lips are a snare to his soul.

6. 5）制伏你的舌头 Tame your tongue： 雅3:6 舌头就是火，在我们百体中，舌头是个罪恶的世界，能污秽全身，也能把生命的轮子点起来，并且是从地狱里点着的。 The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole person, sets the whole course of his life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.(Jam 3:6) 雅3:8 惟独舌头没有人能制伏，是不止息的恶物，满了害死人的毒气。 but no man can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.(Jam 3:8)

7. （二）如何有得胜的口舌 How to have a victorious tongue 1）从少说话开始 Start from saying less -勒住口舌 Keep tight rein on the tongue 雅1:26 若有人自以为虔诚，却不勒住他的舌头，反欺哄自己的心，这人的虔诚是虚的。 If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not keep a tight rein on his tongue, he deceives himself and his religion is worthless.(Jam1:26) -禁止嘴唇 Hold your tongue 箴10:19 多言多语难免有过，禁止嘴唇是有智慧。 When words are many, sin is not absent, but he who holds his tongue is wise.(Pro 10:19)

8. （二）如何有得胜的口舌 How to have a victorious tongue -静默不言 Keep silent 箴17:27-28寡少言语的有知识；性情温良的有聪明。愚昧人若静默不言，也可算为智慧；闭口不说，也可算为聪明。A man of knowledge uses words with restraint, and a man of understanding is even-tempered. Even a fool is thought wise if he keeps silent, and discerning if he holds his tongue.(Pro 17:27~28) -慢慢地说 Slow to speak 雅1:19 但你们各人要快快的听、慢慢的说、慢慢的动怒。My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry,(Jam 1:19)

9. （二）如何有得胜的口舌 How to have a victorious tongue 2）按着神的圣言说 as one speaking the very words of God： 彼前4:11 若有讲道的，要按着神的圣言讲．If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. 太12:36 我又告诉你们，凡人所说的闲话，当审判的时候，必要句句供出来。But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken.(Mat 12:36)

10. 路加福音6：43-45节 因为没有好树结坏果子；也没有坏树结好果子。凡树木看果子，就可以认出它来。人不是从荆棘上摘无花果，也不是从蒺藜里摘葡萄。善人从他心里所存的善就发出善来；恶人从他心里所存的恶就发出恶来；因为心里所充满的，口里就说出来。 No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. Each tree is recognized by its own fruit. People do not pick figs from thornbushes, or grapes from briers. The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For out of the overflow of his heart his mouth speaks. (Luk 6:43~45)

11. （二）如何有得胜的口舌 How to have a victorious tongue 3）嘴中有甜言 Pleasant words： 箴16：21嘴中的甜言，加增人的学问；he wise in heart are called discerning, and pleasant words promote instruction.(Pro 16:21) 箴16：23 又使他的嘴增长学问。A wise man's heart guides his mouth, and his lips promote instruction.(Pro 16:23) -“甜言”不是什么 What are NOT pleasant words：

12. “甜言”是什么 What are the pleasant words： -感谢的话 Thanksgiving：弗5:4说感谢的话。(Eph 5:4) -祝福的话 Blessing：彼前3:9不以恶报恶、以辱骂还辱骂，倒要祝福；因你们是为此蒙召，好叫你们承受福气。Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.(1Pe3:9) -鼓励、安慰的话 Encourage, comfort：帖前2:11 你们也晓得我们怎样劝勉你们、安慰你们、嘱咐你们各人，好像父亲待自己的儿女一样。For you know that we dealt with each of you as a father deals with his own children,(1Th 2:11)

13. （二）如何有得胜的口舌 How to have a victorious tongue 3）嘴中有甜言 pleasant words from your tongue： 路6:47 凡到我这里来、听见我的话就去行的（puts them into practice）(Luk 6:47) -甜言的果效： 3.1）心觉甘甜 sweet to the soul  3.2）骨得医治 healing to the bones 3.3）增长学问 promote instruction 3.4）保全知识 Keep knowledge

14. （二）如何有得胜的口舌 How to have a victorious tongue 4）爱心说实话 Speak the true in love： 三件事：三思而后行（说）Three things: look before you leap (speak) 4.1）有没有爱心？Is it in love? 4.2）是不是实话？Is it a truth? 4.3）是否造就他？Is it building him up?

15. 4.1) 是否有爱心？Is it in love? 弗4:15 惟用爱心说诚实话，凡事长进。 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ.(Eph 4:15)

16. 太18:15-17 倘若你的弟兄得罪你，你就去趁着只有他和你在一处的时候，指出他的错来。他若听你，你便得了你的弟兄； 他若不听，你就另外带一两个人同去，要凭两三个人的口作见证，句句都可定准。 若是不听他们，就告诉教会；若是不听教会，就看他像外邦人和税吏一样。 If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that 'every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector. (Mat 18:15~17)

17. 4.2) 是不是实话？Is it a truth? 弗4:25 所以你们要弃绝谎言，各人与邻舍说实话，因为我们是互相为肢体。Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor, for we are all members of one body.(Eph 4:25) 4.3) 是否造就人？Is it building up people? 弗4:29 污秽的言语，一句不可出口；只要随事说造就人的好话，叫听见的人得益处。Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.(Eph 4:29)
