Do Read and follow the directions Pay attention to deadlines Make a check list of items needed for reference Write legibly/type slowly Proofread Be descriptive when listing activities Highlight your top achievements Print out a copy of your submitted on-line application Brainstorm topics and ideas before writing essay Use contacts your School Counselor has on file for Admissions Reps Sign where appropriate (online too!) Don’t Procrastinate Have your parents fill out the application Fill out 20 applications!
