EME NATIONAL SMALL ARMS CENTER ORGANIZATION • THE NATIONAL SMALL ARMS CENTER IS A VIRTUAL CENTER HEADQUARTERD AT THE US ARMY ARDEC, PICATINNY ARSENAL, NJ • MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO ALL US MILITARY SERVICES AND FEDERAL AGENCIES • CONSORTIUM OF ACADEMIA AND PRIVATE INDUSTRY WILL CONDUCT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FOR THE CENTER • THE NATIONAL SMALL ARMS TECHNOLOGY CONSORTIUM IS A JOINT VENTURE REGISTERED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (FTC) • MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO ALL QUALIFIED APPLICANTS, US AND FOREIGN
