  3. Shirts Shirts are arriving tomorrow! Pick them up on Monday during first and second lunch! If you don’t receive them, we can make another time/place to pick them up.

  4. Individual Optional Event Ideas KidsQuest Gingerbread Workshop Help families make gingerbread houses that they can take home! Refill candy baskets, give ideas for decorating, oversee the process Date/Time: Sat. Nov. 27: 11am-2:30 p.m. & 4-7:30pm Sun. Sleepless in Seattle (11/21) SLOTS MAY HAVE BEEN FILLED UP ALREADY, BUT YOU CAN TRY BELOW Meet with other volunteers and distribute sleeping bags and care packages to homeless people all across King County with your teams.   6. St. Jude Children’s Hospital Seattle Marathon Dates: Fri. Nov. 27; Sat. Nov. 28; Sun. Nov. 29 Location: (Emailed location) 5th and Harrison Street (Downtown Seattle) 29th especially: Course marshals needed from 6:45am-11:45am Water station volunteers: 9:50am-1:50pm Sign up with a friend!   7. KPMT (12/12) Math tournament for 5th-8th graders! Training sessions will be posted later for those who are interested.   8. Required Event--Jingle Bell Run (12/13/15) Volunteers needed to run this festive event in Downtown Seattle (Westlake Center--Pine Street)! (~6am-11am) Jobs include: finish line help, caroling, food & water, Elf Village, course managing, etc!

  10. To get hours….. Bring an NHS form and have it signed by an event coordinator at the event! If you run in the race, you will receive no hours, but you complete the group event requirement this semester! Both runners and volunteers... Sign in with one of the officers at the volunteer sign-in booth!

  11. Events for Next Semester--NW Harvest February 13th (Saturday): • 12-2 pm, 60 volunteers • 3-5 pm, 50 volunteers 1 chaperone needed for every 10 volunteers>If you bring a chaperone, you will earn extravolunteer hours *Service project
