  5. 4b- friendlier I wrote for the Music Collection you advertised on TV, and, not only did it take six weeks to become available, but the downloads were in the wrong format and unusable. Can’t you get anything right? I’m contesting the charge on my credit card and am deleting the worthless files!

I should be back in the office in the neighborhood of the 15th or so.
