Structure Structure of the Rovers Trust • There are 3 entities to the Rovers Trust • Investment, Supporters & Charitable Arm • Committee (Elected May 2013) • 2 Co-Chairs & Secretary • 6 Elected Committee Members • 5 Co-Opted Specialists • Elections (if contested will be held annually at the AGM) • Community Benefit Society • Regulated by Financial Conduct Authority • Full Member of Supporters Direct • Rules & Standing Orders available on request • Year End - June • VOTE – see next slide

Vote Motion for Approval • In order to comply with FCA Rules we need to have a formal vote on the following Proposal: • The Model Rules for a Supporters Trust (based on SD Model 2012) and a formal merging of the FCA entities BRSIT & BRSS is proposed. • This means that the Rovers Trust will operate as a single entity CBS within the FCA with a single year end of 30th June each year. This will not change until there is a need for the Trust to engage with the Club as potential full or part owners.
2012/13 Activities What have we done in the past 12 months • Membership – 1200+ • Events in and around Blackburn • Fund Raising • Dinner & Guest – raised £10,000 for community causes • Local Community • Donated Kit & Equipment to Junior Football Teams • Ewood Park ratified as an Asset of Community Value • Engaging with BRFC & Owners • Good relationship with Ewood Management Team • Presentation & Open Letter sent to Venkys. • Commercial • Business Plan & Structure in place in case the worst happens • Retro Shirts & Merchandise available.
Strategy for 2013/14 What are the next steps • Continue to engage with Management Team and attempts to engage with the owners. • Focus on Community Projects • Engaging with BRFC Fans Forum • Engaging with Council over projects such as local Football Pitches • Supporting Kenya Kids Appeal • Engaging with Local Groups: • All Together Trust • Ewood & Infirmary Community Assoc. • Continue to grow Membership & Awareness of Fan Onwership
