  4. EPLOYEE PROFILE An employee management system, often called a human resources information system (HRIS), is the traditional foundation of a company’s HR technology. It serves as a central repository of employee data. Most HRISs include employee profile systems and time management systems as part of their packages.

ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT • The main objective of attendance management system is to assist your HR/Time office and payroll Department to more efficient. • Automate employee attendance with respect to overtime, grace periods, breaks, shifts, flexitime and out door duty(OD) / Approvals. • User definable policies such as exceptions, dedications, comp off and overtime can be defined as per your requirement. • Moreover, you can track exceptions based on employee attendance with following parameters – Unscheduled Absence, Early In, In Late, Out Early, Out Late etc.

  6. EMPLOYEE SMARTCARD ATTENDANCE SYSTEM A smartcard is a plastic card about the size of credit card with an embedded microchip, that can be loaded a data. Software for personalization and lifecycle management of your employee's Smart ID cards. You can use our smart cards for various contactless applications, such as attendance records, canteen, and access management and make most of it by using them also for encryption, authentication or electronic signature.

  7. SMARTCARD OR THUMB PRINT ATTENDANCE SYSTEM In a Smart Card Attendance System there are two inputs. One is the ID card and the other is Thumb print. The Thumb print is taken to avoid proxy attendance. Once an ID card is placed onto the Smart Card Attendance System, it asks for the Thumb print. Smart Card Attendance System is classified according to demographics. Demographics can be IRIS or fingerprint of an individual that can be used for identification in Smart Card Attendance System.
