  19. Tripartite partnerships • Most speakers‘ organizations are partnerships. • Work in such a partnership is done by: • government, • private sector • civil society • None is able to solve the global digital divide alone. thomas.ruddy@fhso.ch

  20. Conflicting partners? • But partners have different interests. • Can the partnerships deal better internally with the conflicts of interest among partners than partners could deal with the conflicts by themselves? thomas.ruddy@fhso.ch
