Dinner rolls & cookies • What are the Barriers: • In house bakery • Quality is most important • What resources are needed: • Need to work on expanding cookie flavors

Customer kitchen is smaller & staff is low. • What resources are needed: • May need help form R&D on sizing and pricing proposal

Top 10 Customers – Jarred Mason (LV & AZ)AJ’s ALL • What is currently working: • Corporate event attended with Patrick. • Found opportunity to place strudel stick. • Specific Products to be proposed: • Strudel stick, croissant dough, muffin batter, mini pastry, bars & Brownies • What are the Barriers: • Customer is having some quality issues • Moving to all natural in all dough • What resources are needed: • R&D to help solve quality problems • Patrick and baking tech plan • R&D to work on more all natural dough

Pastry flavors, bar & brownies for the buffet. • What are the Barriers: • pricing, customer only gets delivery 2 times per week, contract • What resources are needed: • Pricing Proposals, contract help

  10. Top 10 Customers – Jarred Mason (LV & AZ)Merit Foods • What is currently working: • Successfully made transition for all Tucson customers. Added 2 new customers • Specific Products to be proposed: • 9" cakes, additional croissant & Danish dough. • What are the Barriers: • Training customers sales staff, finding products that will work for the distributor pricing, getting Harrah's' to accept Merit as a vendor. • What resources are needed: • Marketing team support to create marketing plan, pricing proposal, help with Corporate Caesars to get Merit approved.

Pastry and pre pack desert for box lunch • What are the Barriers: • Customer has expressed concern for not being able to get product when needed • Pricing • What resources are needed: • Baking tech when ready to make the move. Also customer leads a quarterly meeting for area Chefs and would like us to participate.
