  3. Vincent Van Gogh was born in GootZunder,Holland,March30th 1853. He attended the Zundert village school from 1860. From 1861, he and his sister Anna were taught at home by a governess, until 1 October 1864. Vincent Van • Gogh suffered from a illness called Temporal Lobe Epilepsy ,he had seizers

  4. The sunflower • Van Gogh did the painting of a sunflower to symbol happiness. The Sunflower is one of the most popular paintings in the National Gallery. It is the painting that is most often reproduced on cards, posters, mugs, tea-towels and stationery. It was also the picture that Van Gogh was most proud of.

  5. Starry Night Van Gogh did not have any models so he used his imagination to create a scene of stars using his impressive artistic skill.

  6. Almond trees Vincent Van Gogh did this painting in 1888. Van Gogh’s life was full of new starts, changes of scenery, and ideas of things getting better. Often he would start something new convinced that once it worked out everything would be right. In early 1890, Vincent’s brother Theo had a son. Vincent was in great spirits saying “How glad I was when the news came.” He reluctantly accepted the honour of having the new child named Vincent, after himself, and became the child’s godfather.
