CIVITAS Plus and CIVITAS VANGUARD • CIVITAS VANGUARD will support the CIVITAS-Plus collaborative projects and disseminate the results of their activities to Europe as a whole • The CIVITAS Plus programme runs from 2008-2012 with the aim to demonstrate a variety of sustainable mobility measures, concepts and processes • These activities aim to support healthy, viable and competitive cities, and in turn a range of policy targets
