The regroupement cégep Tour of Member Unions One of the three sectors (regroupements) of FNEEQ, and the only one involved in the public sector negotiations. The only voting members are official delegates representing, and elected by, their respective general assemblies. Is the only body within FNEEQ that can make recommendations to general assemblies with respect to the negotiations and associated actions.
