  3. The regroupement cégep Tour of Member Unions One of the three sectors (regroupements) of FNEEQ, and the only one involved in the public sector negotiations. The only voting members are official delegates representing, and elected by, their respective general assemblies. Is the only body within FNEEQ that can make recommendations to general assemblies with respect to the negotiations and associated actions.

The Parties Present For FNEEQ For the government Le comité patronal de négociation des collèges (CPNC)* The Negotiation and Mobilisation Committee The CPNC is composed of two delegates from the ministry (Jocelyne Drouin et Éric Razurel) and of two delegates from the Fédération des cégeps(Diane Brien et KatrynTessier), appointed by the ministry** The members of the Negotiation and Mobilisation Committee are elected by the Regroupementcégep Tour of Member Unions Its Spokesperson: Pierre Gauthier Its Spokesperson: Peter O’Connor LRNSP, *article 30, ** article 31
