NIEO’s Mission>>> Since 1997, NIEO’s mission is to assist school districts, traditional public schools, charter schools and developers, 501 (C) (3) organizations, parents and parent groups to design and develop quality educational programs through consultation, workshop, seminar, institute, and conference planning and turnkey service support and resources.

NIEO Grants Past Accomplishments • Received $5.28 Million in Public & Private Grants • 2004 Awarded the USDOE Voluntary Public School Choice Mentor/Mentee grant in collaboration with the Florida Department of Education • $4.8 M to establish Parent Resource Centers throughout Florida to promote parent education about school choice • 2008-09 awarded FDOE Statewide System Support of Professional Development Services grant. • 2009 awarded $30 thousand grant to plan a new charter school membership association and strategic plan
