The UNDP/GEF CLME+ Project catalyzingimplementation of the SAP! Component 1: Strengthening and consolidating the institutional, policy and legal frameworks Component 2: Enhancing the capacity of key institutions and stakeholders to implement knowledge-based EBM/EAF Component 3: Piloting the implementation of EBM/EAF (replication of best practices, up-scaling of early results, demonstration of improved/alternative livelihoods,..) Component 4: (Pre-)feasibility studies to identify major high-priority investment needs and opportunities Component 5: Monitoring and assessing progress of and results from the overall implementation of the CLME+ SAP
