Critique it… • During the many outbreaks of the Black Death, many different people, all across Europe, had different perspectives on this calamity. Some people sought reason for the Plague, others witnessed abuses of it and still other people attempted to stop the Death thru remedies and quarantines.

Critique it? • The devastating outbreaks of the bubonic plague led Europeans to take sanitary precautions, and affected their ethical and religious beliefs.

Critique it? • The Black Plague drew a lot of attention, and people responded to it differently. Some reflected upon their knowledge of life during the Plague, others thought of remedies and some even used the Plague for their own selfish ends.
