Services Standard 3 • To avoid mopping area where customer is standing. • To step out to clean other areas after cleaning toilet or if the toilet is crowded.
Services Standard 4 To spot odour problem and quickly take immediate action.
Services Standard 5 To ensure there is no user before opening a WC cubicle.
Services Standard 6 Do not rest in public area or lean on the wall.
Services Standard 7 Do not group together and talk loudly during break time.
Services Standard 8 Do not leave cleaning equipment lying around in the toilet. Keep all equipments in designated place.
Services Standard 9 If a member of public smokes, do approach him/her and advise to stop smoking.
