Need What we are addressing? • We are addressing to simplify print ticketing and reduce long queues. • A commuter spends an average of 11 minutes waiting in queue before ticket counter. Even worse in rush hours. • Human resources in ticket counters and automatic ticket vending machines serve the purpose currently.
