  10. POTENTIAL FOR TOURISM The major potential of the Medvedja municipality for tourism is Sijarinska Spa, which is a unique gift of nature. A natural geyser of hot mineral water, a clean environment ,healthy food ,non-polluted air and 18 springs of mineral waters, which stretch over 800 meters opf land, are the main potentials for attacting investors. The location for a mineral water manufacturing plant ( Greenfield investment) is fulluy regulated and completely equipped with infrastructure.It’s situated on the plots 13,14,49,50,51,20/2,16/2, which are all in private ownership, as well as on the plots 36/5,36/6 484/2, which are in state ownership.
