Advances CONPES 3294 and likely approval of Presidential Decree implies • Results-based monitoring: • Working more with Hacienda and Congress to move towards a results-based budget • Further integrating SIGOB to SINERGIA • Working in the integration of the Inter-sectoral Evaluation Committee • Piloting participatory M&E models

  5. Challenges • Ensuring the coherence of the system as it expands • Achieving a truly results-based budget • Establishing an effective Inter-sectoral Evaluation Committee • Building institutional and technical capacity in M&E • Generating demand for SINERGIA information
