PROJECT ON • WE WORKED ON THIS PROJECT BY OBSERVING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE STUDENT CHAPTER OF VIT CALLED IETE(THE INSTITUTION OF ELECTRONICS AND TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEERING).THEY RECENTLY CONDUCTED AN EVENT CALLED OUTREACH WHICH HAD THE AIM OF TEACHING STUDENTS HOW TO MAKE DIFFERENT PROJECT MODELS USING CREATIVITY.

  4. ROLES PLAYED BY THE GROUP MEMBERS • WE RECEIVED THE INFORMATION ABOUT IETE FROM OUR BATCHMATE WHO IS A CORECOMMITTEE MEMBER OF THE SOCIETY AND PLAYED THE ROLE OF AN ACTIVE TEAMWORKER. • WE COLLECTED PHOTOS AND OBSERVED THE TEAM CO-ORDINATION

  5. Co-ordinated activity THE CO-ORDINATOR OF THE TEAM WAS ABLE TO GET OTHERS WORK ON A SHARED AIM.

  6. THEY WERE TAUGHT HOW TO MAKE A WINDMILL THEY EXPLAINED HOW IT ACTS AS AN ALTERNATE SOURCE OF ENERGY.THE CONSTRUCTION AND THE FUNCTIONING WAS DEMONSTRATED

  7. THE FACULTY WHO ACCOMPANIED IETE Student Chapter GAVE SHAPE TO THE TEAM EFFORT THEY ALSO ACTED AS PLANT THE SOURCE OF ORIGINAL IDEAS

  8. A FOURTH YEAR ACTED AS THE MONITOR EVALUATOR WHO ANALYSED THE TEAM THEY ALSO STOPPED THE TEAM COMMITTING ITSELF TO A MISGUIDED TASK,

  9. RELATED TO TEAMWORK The team successfully carried out the various stages in the team building with a lot of conviction.
