  2. Why project work? The project is an ideal vehicle for teaching school children for a number of reasons.

Furniture for the flat • a description of the children's room with accompanying drawing, to include furniture • the web: houses and flats, completed with furniture words • a photograph of the flat, you can take a photo of each flat and some of all the flats put together so each child has two photos to put in his/her scrapbook • a letter to a friend describing the children's new flat
