Key Learning's from last 9 years To run a large scale fertilization program in an efficient manner: Pre-purchase all urea at the end of previous fiscal First Nations info sharing should be completed in Q4 of previous fiscal as an eligible expense Allocations must be known in April Working group conference calls are a must.

  13. June to July 31 - finalize prescriptions + complete prescriptions for next fiscal. Set the end of July as date to have all tenders sent out. (A must) There are now enough applicators to start the coast and interior at the same time (weather permitting) Have additional area on coast for Q4 clean up Start info sharing for following year in Q4
