REVIEW • Westminster needs our guidance & influence • Climate Change needs a champion! • The market needs a brand image of their Local Authority and HECA • We need legislative backing – a new Climate Change Act • A new approach to renewable energy • New KLOE’s for energy, environmental health and planning 4H Consultancy Ltd

REVIEW (Continued) • The Country Needs a Clear Energy Policy • Take VAT off all Insulation Products • Take VAT off all Materials and work for Renewable Energy • Install a new direct grant system • Move to a Climate Change team approach • Develop Bio-fuels • Invest in a better public transport system 4H Consultancy Ltd
