Malignant Mesenchymal tumours (Sarcomas) •General characters: • Occurs in children and young adults. • Rapid growth than carcinoma. • Form a huge bulky mass, homogeneous, white, fish- flesh like with areas of hemorrhage and necrosis (sarc-flesh). • They are highly vascular tumours with very thin and badly formed blood vessels which lead to hemorrhage and are easily penetrated by malignant cells leading to early blood-bone metastases.
