Goals • Promote Regional Transmission Cooperation among Black Sea TSOs • Identify Priority Investments in Transmission Systems & Interconnections to Improve System Reliability • From Planning Results, Propose Possibilities of Enhanced Regional Trade • Harmonize Transmission Planning Principles, Methods and Perhaps, Methodologies
Objectives • Create Expert Transmission Planning Working Group • Develop Common Platform for Transmission System Analysis • Database, Software, Approaches • Provide Training in the USE of PSS/E Planning Software
