  4. Dues / Application • Not too late to invite a friend • Dues - $20.00 • Divided between national, state, and local • Applications – give to any business teacher (Brew, Goins, Leonard)

  5. Officer/Committee Responsibilities • If anyone is still interested, speak to any business teacher • Positions available • Secretary • Treasurer • Reporter • Historian • Parliamentarian • Events Coordinator • Committee • Fundraising • Homecoming • Membership

Fall Motivational Rally • Thursday, October 11, 2012 ~ Perry Fair • $30 – Registration Fee (include rides); $20 – Registration Fee (does not include rides) • Deadline to pay ELHS FBLA – Tuesday, September 4, 2012 • Total amount due will include the following: • Dues • Motivational Rally Registration Fee • Bus

  7. Fundraising Ideas • Krispy Kreme Doughnuts • Need all members to participate • Generate list of buyers • Will be delivered and picked up the last Monday of the each month • Each month we need at least 25 boxes to be ordered • Be positive!!

  8. Facebook Page • Thanks to those involved in creating the ELHS FBLA Facebook Page • Remember other forms of communication • Remind101 • Only 6 members joined to received text messages • Not too late to join • Other ideas/suggestions

  9. Homecoming • Tentative Date – October 2, 2012, Tuesday • Form Homecoming / Carnival Committee • Need 2 volunteers to supervise booth • Decide on chairperson • Upcoming events to be announced

  10. Club Week – September 10-14, 2012 • FBLA - Thursday • Need volunteers to supervise table for each lunch • Different members supervise based on lunch • Sign up if you are interested in helping

  11. Fall Leadership Conference • November 14-15, 2012 (Wednesday and Thursday) • Week before Thanksgiving Break • October 1, 2012 – deadline for registration money - $45.00 • Includes dinner and t-shirt) • Must be a paid member to attend • Monday, September 17, 2012
