Practices Balance of conditioning and stroke correction Some instruction is from water New format Broader age ranges Each practice time/group will be broken up by ability Dual Meets Wed & Sat MUST SIGN UP Coaches choose events Ribbons for 12 & unders Invitationals & Time Trials MUST SIGN UP Swimmers choose events Top 16 from time trials in each event in each age group swim at Championships What do we do?

Dual Meets Option #1: Write swimmers in the dual meet book for a specific meet Option #2: Website www.kayswimming.org Option #3: email Angela apietraniello@ymcabwv.org IF YOU CANCEL OUT OF A MEET AFTER THE DEADLINE CALL OR EMAIL COACH ANGELA ASAP!!! Invitational Meets & Time Trials Submit entry form and payment to meet entries folder in swim team mailbox Alternative method – email Angela Meet Sign Ups
