All begins with the CD. Administrators required to read it. Teachers trained on it. New teacher orientation includes CD component.
CD adopts EEIP, numerous procedural steps to attain goals and objectives of CD. Controlled Choice Memorandum outlines obligations for controlled choice
With these as the blueprint, the District laid the foundation
Developed a strategic plan, copy provided to court with report, which sets forth the District’s theories of action and incorporates strategies to meet the District’s obligations under the CD. To meet CD requirements, first need to lay foundation
