Key Features • Group Company creation • Area wise and Company wise Project Creation • Creating various contacts like (BMC offices, Consultants, suppliers etc.) • Creating various Building with wings along with overall Built-up and carpet area • Defining Document check list for various types of buildings (3 storied buildings / 8 storied buildings etc.) • Check list may vary based on the location or the municipal jurisdiction • Defining over all workflow for each check list • Actual fee structure definition • Actual document (Electronic files ) submission facilities like drawings , contracts etc. • Scheduling of each item in the check list (for example: If Manager has to submit a plan for approval on particular date then there would be connected task like collecting NOC from BMC office on specified date by particular person). • System can provide various reports as following : • List of Project with No of Building and their wings • Current status of the check list • No of pending documents to be submitted to BMC • List of documents to be collected from BMC • Fee submission date • Various additional reports can be generated as may be required by the CLIENT • User access control based on the rights set by administrator.
