  2. Goal • Design more efficient stage lights • Make them cost efficient Problem • Lights overheat & break • Costly to replace (smaller productions cannot afford replacement costs) • Lights cause stage/set to heat up

  3. Motivation • An interest in the entertainment industry • A desire to work for production studios • Relevance of project to other fields

  4. Research Two basic types of Fresnel Spotlights Lights: TUNGSTEN LED
