Biography of Lex J Byers Biography of Lex J Byers - From being the creator of ASC Strategy Lex J Byers is presently serving as a senior counselor for a financial architecture firm LLC, Argent Capital. Previously joining Argent Capital LLC, Lex had a bright career in government research, tax, financial analysis and marketing for nearly 30 years. He is currently working for the overall structural and regulatory development of the company undertaking the responsibility of diagnosing and valuating the fiscal health of LLC’s client organizations to ensure healthy and successful transactions.

  3. Biography of Lex J Byers Discussing his career, he is a member of the American Bar Association where he takes active participation in the Tax and Estate Planning section of ABA. His career as an entrepreneur included his service as a government affairs manager at Washington, D.C’s Food Marketing Institute and Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as an executive vice president of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce. In addition to this, Lex has an experience in the field of ERISA that deals with tax treatment of business enterprises and tax deferred entities.
