  6. What did Melvil do? It was really hard to find the books you needed, so Melvil Dewey studied the problem and invented a new way to arrange the library books. The story goes something like this . . .

  7. Dewey thinks about man. Melvil Dewey imagined himself to be a primitive man. He asked himself questions that he thought that a cave man might have asked himself.
