  3. Accomplishments • First women to fly across the Atlantic Ocean. June 1819 1928 It took her 20 hours and 40 min. • Coast to Coast- August 24-25 1932 set women's transcontinental speed record flying non-stop- 2,447.8 miles in around 19 hours
