WHAT IS AN INTERJECTION, YOU ASK… Interjections are words that show emotion. They are not grammatically related to the rest of the sentence.
INTERJECTIONS are usually found at the beginning of the sentence. Because they are not grammatically connected to the rest of the sentence, they are often followed by an exclamation mark (or sometimes a comma).
BE AWARE OF WHAT WORDS YOU USE AS INTERJECTIONS
