  9. 2007 Salary and Benefit Priorities • 5% increase for professional staff and 50 cent per hour increase for paraprofessionals • Substantially increase longevity pay( create another step) • Revisit health insurance coverage: especially family coverage

  10. Other Survey Concerns: • Re-employ a full time guidance counselor for each elementary school • Addition at Highland • Teacher member (nonvoting) on the School Board, selected by employees

  11. Other Survey Concerns: • Overcrowded classes at GHS • Wireless connectivity at the Elementary Level.
