When and Where? • Happened 9 miles off the southern coast of Oahu, Hawaii. • February 9th, 2001
Damages? • The Ehime Maru sank within minutes, along with killing 9 of its crew. Including 4 high school students. • The Greeneville had only surface tiles sheared off its surface. Cost of repairs were $2 Million.
