  3. Examples • Tu vas souvent a la plage? • Oui, j’y vais souvent en ete. • On va au stade? • Oui, allons-y. • Tu vas a la piscine? • Oui, j’y vais de temps en temps.

  4. Expressions avec “Y” • Vas-y! • Go on! • On y va? • Should we go? • Allons-y! • Lets go!

  5. Le Pronom “En” • Some, any • Before the verb • Except in affirmative commands, then it comes after • Replaces (de,du,de la, des, d’ )+ noun • When asking for some food

  6. Examples • Tu as l’argent? • Oui, j’en ai. • Tu as un baladeur? • Non, je n’en ai pas. • Fais de la gymnastique? • Fais-en!

  7. Vocabulaire • Souvent- often • Quelquefois- sometimes • De temps en temps- from time to time • Parfois- occasionally • Rarement- seldom, rarely • Ne…presque jamais- almost never
