Section IStatement of the Problem Limit response to two pages Pick a project summary (attachment A) There may not be an exact match Describe the problem Use data Cite source material Identify threats and/or vulnerabilities.
Section IIGoals and Objectives Limit Response to one page Pick one goal and two objectives from Attachment B that best relate to your project. These may not be exact fits, pick the closest match Explain how your problem and solution relate to the goals and objectives
Section IIIProject Activities and Operation • Limit response to two pages • Provide the task list necessary to implement the project. • Remember the 4 w’s • Provide a timetable • Include any information on public/private partnerships
Section IVBudget and Budget Narrative • Use as many pages as necessary • Tell why costs are necessary • Do a line item budget • Complete the ISIP form (Attachment C)
