  2. What is procrastination? - Avoiding things that need to be done -Can be a persistent trait in some people

  3. Causes of procrastination • Inwork place • Inability to organize • Poor planning • Put others at risk • Fear of messing up on the job

  4. Causes of procrastination • In School • Overwhelmed with school work - Low work ethic - Not being organized - Difficulty on starting a task

  5. Solutions for procrastination • Be more organized • Have Motivation • Set goals for yourself • Reward yourself

  6. What is temptation? • A desire to do something, especially something wrong • A thing or course of action that attracts or tempts someone • Temptation can occur in different scenarios however you look at it

  7. Where can temptation can occur • School • Hanging out with friends •  Work • Home • Grocery Store • Driving on the highway

  8. Reason why it occur.. • School: Not knowing what would be on the test. Tend to cheat on the test/quiz. • Work: you become stressed at work, and need a break. You know you should be finishing up paper work but due to your stress you somewhat feel compelled to just relax. • Store: sometimes you go to out, and you want to buy something, but it's out of your budget range. • Driving: being in traffic makes you want to cut off other cars just to get to your own destination. • Friends: peer pressured and fitting in with your friends by doing whatever their doing too.

  9. Solutions for temptation • Reward yourself for not giving in temptation • Replace temptation with distractions • Don’t socialize when you’re tempted to do things that aren’t right for you • Exercise your will power

  10. What is Overthinking? • Over analyzing situations or anything that you could think of • Overthinking can occur as a consequence of a decision that needs to be made, big or small • Overthinking can happen anytime

Causes of overthinking • Procrastination • - Thinking about things that should’ve been done • - Not knowing enough information for a test or • quiz • Insecurity • - Comparing yourself from others • - Being a perfectionist • Low Self Esteem • - Judging hard for yourself • - Negative things and regretting them

  12. Solutions for Overthinking • Think positively • Stop aiming for perfection • Stop expecting • Practice mindfulness • Stop the thought process with a healthy distraction

Campaigning • Procrastinate– During campaign season, politicians starts to procrastinate when ads or commercials start to appear on TV • Temptation - Tempts opposers to lie about their goals and issues that they want to fix when they are in that position • Overthinking - Overthinking that they can get their speeches, done, they begin to make videos and invest their time. Rather than campaigns
