  13. Model Answer Writing My favorite winter activity is snowshoeing. It is done in Canada because there is lots of snow in winter. I love walking, snow and being outdoors. It is also great exercise. Walking on snowshoes is easier than walking in the snow, but it is still hard work and great exercise. In Northern Canada, there is lots of snow all year round. It used to be the case that if you wanted to go anywhere, you had to wear snowshoes. Whenever I go snowshoeing, I have to dress warmly. I am usually outside for a long time. So, I need to wear a winter coat, snow pants, a hat and mittens or gloves. One time, I was snowshoeing with my friends. We were in the forest and we got lost. We did eventually find our way home, but we were all very happy that we dressed warmly. Snowshoeing is my favorite winter activity. I can’t wait to be able to do it again.
