  9. Model Answer Writing Microwave ovens can be very dangerous. Please think about this when you are using one. I am going to explain how a microwave can be dangerous. First, some foods cannot go into a microwave. For example, whole eggs with the shell on and unpeeled chestnuts. Next, you must be very careful. The food you heat in a microwave gets very hot. Please use a towel or oven mitts when you take your food out. You don’t want to burn yourself. Then, you must always watch your food. Please do not put your food in and then walk away. This is very dangerous, even if you use the timer. You could overheat your food. Also, you could start a fire. Next, if you have to cover your food, use plastic wrap. Wrap your food loosely. Air must get out or it will explode. Last, you must never put anything with a tight lid in a microwave. It may explode and cause you to get serious burns. There are many things to think of when you use a microwave. So, the next time you use one, please be very careful.
