1. Applications: Batteries Schlenk‘s Product: ETP-copper foils, Silver foils, Nickel foils. Our foils are mainly used in rechargeable batteries, but also in primary batteries. Producer of Li-Ion-batteries use our foils with Cu-Treatment to get a very good result after their graphite coating. Foils for coating are used in plain quality as well as perforated foils. Silver foils and nickel foils are mainly used in plain condition. For tabbing of battery cells our customers use mainly both sides Cu-treated copper foils slitten to narrow widths. Standard specification; Base-materials: ETP-Copper foil E-Cu58 (BS: C101), plain or with Cu-Treatment Silver foil, plain Nickel foil, plain Strip thickness:0.010mm - 0.100mm (0.0004“ - 0.004“) Width:1mm - 650mm (0.04“ - 25.6“) (depending on strip thickness) silver foil only availabe up to 350 mm (13.8“)
