  2. Bicycle friendly community • Bicycle parking outside restaurants Bicycles allowed in most Hotels/motels; secured bike storage is standard; adding bike lanes to most traveled roads; “share the road” signs have been added; reduced vehicle mph on main roads;

  3. Mountain Biking’s Impact on Utah Economy A 1996 study estimated that mountain bike tourism brings $8.4 to $8.8 million to Moab, Utah's economy annually

  7. New Trails and Path’s in Moab • Made possible through local and federal tac dollars with services provided by Trail Mix, Moab City, and the Moab Trails Council. • 13 miles of new bicycle and pedestrian paved paths in last 12 months. • 15 miles of new multi user dirt trails in last 12 months.

  10. The future of Bicycles in Moab • “The infrastructure Moab is investing in with paved routes and trails to connect parks will keep people returning. Moab sees cyclists choosing a bicycle not only as recreation but as a preferred transportation to see public lands.
